What you’ll do as Customer Service Associate:

  • Demonstrate accurate and professional customer service.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively.
  • Display proper knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an acceptable handling time, while remaining friendly and informative.
  • Proactively seek solutions and identify trends, including possible solutions or suggestions.
  • Demonstrate the appropriate sense of urgency for client responses.

  • Be a high school graduate (must present a diploma or certificate). 
  • Intermediate to advanced English level. 
  • Communication and customer service skills (empathy, problem-solving, attention to detail). 
  • No experience is required, just a proactive and confident attitude.
