What you’ll do as a Collections Supervisor:

  • Follow all steps of TOPS to manage your team and their shift daily.
  • Support, motivate, evaluate, develop, and coach your team to meet and exceed their individual/team targets continuously.
  • Complete regular monitoring of your team’s handled contacts and provide appropriate feedback, coaching, and training to ensure the minimum client requirements are being met.
  • Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels whilst maximizing productivity in the team to ensure the desired operational margin.
  • Provide real-time support to your team’s members on interactions and handle escalated customer inquiries promptly & professionally when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all Teleperformance policies and procedures, including but not limited to, Security, HR, Operations, etc.
  • Manage your team’s performance to achieve established KPIs.
  • Ensure consistent quality and productivity across all channels (call, email, chat, etc.) to add maximum value for advertisers.
  • Set quarterly strategy and ensure monthly and weekly priorities are understood and adhered to.

This is what you need to be a part of the TOP Team:

  • High school diploma.
  • Undergoing a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of previous experience in the company and preferably, 6 months of previous experience as a supervisor.
  • Experience in sales or collections is desirable.
  • Skills to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
