We want to find a QA to be part of our team in Port of Spain. Carry out, lead and execute supervision, analysis, reporting and auditing activities of the processes implemented within the operation, based on business intelligence knowledge; working together with staff, supervisors and all support departments following the service parameters, and guidelines based on quality standards in order to guarantee compliance with customer requirements in each interaction.

Requirements:
• Experience working in a BPO or related (mandatory)
• Experience as a BPO Quality Analyst or related (desirable)

• Ability to use MS Office and apps
• High school diploma (mandatory)
