Manages, supports and develops a team of assigned Staff to meet and exceed performance, maximize productivity, assure quality, end-user satisfaction, client satisfaction and any other relevant key operational metrics by providing them guidance, support and education. Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels whilst maximizing productivity in the team to ensure the desired operational margin



  • High School diploma
  • Microsoft office knowledge and ability to use
  • At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Highly desirable experience as a Supervisor or team lead within the BPO industry
  • Self Awareness, Self-Management and empathy towards others
  • Problem Solving, Critical Thinking and Analytical ability
  • Assertive Communication and Active Listening
  • Goals establishment and achievement skills
