We want to find a Trainer to be part of our team in Port  of Spain. Train, instruct and provide all the knowledge about the product, tools, specific topics of the processes and procedures that allow them to carry out their work to all the personnel that are going to work in the area or require strengthening knowledge in it, in order to provide an optimal service.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a BPO or related (mandatory)
• Experience as a BPO Trainer or related (desirable)

• Ability to use MS Office and apps
• High school diploma (mandatory)
