No, the program is “by nomination-only.” Participants are selected based on their potential and performance within Teleperformance and evaluated by senior leaders within the organization. That said, if you are keen to attend TPU, you should make it clear to your hierarchy and seek their counsel on how you might need to develop in the coming months to meet the selection criteria.
TP University includes on-site sessions, additional remote learnings, performance and development assessments, and executive coaching. Plus, international symposiums – for example, in 2023, the locations were Portugal, Colombia, and India.
