Sales Advocate

What We’re Looking for ⬇️

Responsibilities:

• Generate outbound calls to potential customers
• Outbound telemarketing
• Commercialize energy services, meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly performance goals
• Engage in critical thinking to quickly evaluate and understand consumer need, thereby leveraging service knowledge and resources to provide the appropriate solutions
• Handle administrative aspects of the sale and qualify customers based on their needs
• Consistently meet key performance benchmarks for service quality, attendance, and phone productivity within the telesales department
• Ability with data-entry and dialer platform
• Maintain world-class customer service to both new and existing customers

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

Preferred:

• 1-3 years prior phone experience
• 1-3 years prior sales experience
• Experience working within the parameters of a regulated industry (telecom, pharma, etc.) helpful, but not required
