  • Responsible for Reports and Data from Operations and Support
  • Responsible for adhering the processes
  • Ensure accurate forecasting of call volumes are done so as to effectively manage the roster.
  • Sound understanding of looking through reports and sharp analytical skills
  • Initiate automated support process.
  • Handle a team efficiently
  • Client Interaction.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:  

  • Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written)
  • 8+ Years of total Experience and preferably in handling BPO business.
  • Advance Computer skills required
