We are pleased to announce that Teleperformance in the Czech Republic has received an ISO 27001 Certification for Information Security Management from the renowned International Organization for Standardization.
Formed by a global network of the world’s leading standardizers, the International Organization for Standardization is the world’s largest developer of voluntary international standards, aiding in the creation of products and services that are safe, secure, and of good quality. ISO 27001 is an international standard on how to manage information security.
The certification proves Telepeformance in the Czech Republic’s keen focus on data security, as well as its quality management principles including risk management, and proactive information security built on several components such as confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
