Our goals:
We regularly organize training and campaigns to raise awareness about behaviors and initiatives that help protect the environment.
Diversity, equity and inclusion as a driver of innovation and performance
Our business is based on the interactions we establish with customers. Good interactions rely not only on understanding each other and showing empathy but also on displaying tolerance and accepting differences. This is why we value diversity so much at Teleperformance. Because each interaction matters.
TP's global approach do diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) is based on four drivers:
Leadership
Systems
Culture
Reputation
Impact sourcing
For over a decade, our Impact Sourcing program has provided access to formal employment for people who are regularly excluded from the workforce, referred to as “impact workers.”
