What you’ll do as an Interpreter:

• Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service with the help of your best ally: active listening.
• Treat all confidential customer information sensitively.
• Accurately update records in the required systems.
• Deliver clear and direct instructions.

Who are you?

• A high school graduate (must present diploma or certificate).
• Someone with an advanced English level.
• A person who loves talking with people, who’s an active listener, and who has awesome communication skills.
• Someone who can do several things at the same time. In other words, we want the best multitaskers on our team!
• Someone who knows how to approach people and convince them the right way.
• Someone proactive, who knows no boundaries and is always on the move looking for something to do-
