We’re looking for a Connections Specialist. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service through attentive listening, and handling sensitive customer information with care. You'll strive to proactively resolve issues on the first contact, stay knowledgeable about our client's products and promotions, and accurately update records in the required systems.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch.
- Boost the client's business by showcasing their products and services.
- Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- Has an intermediate-advanced English level.
- Lives in Lima.
- Is proactive, responsible, empathetic, and confident.
- Has attention to detail.
