Since 2011, Teleperformance has been a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the most important global initiative in terms of sustainable development, by which Teleperformance commits to the principles defined in the areas of human rights, international labor standards, environment, and anti-corruption.

Teleperformance is contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Human rights
Principles 1 and 2 specify that businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights and ensure they are not complicit in human rights abuses.

Labor
Principles 3- 6 specify that businesses should uphold freedom of association and collective bargaining, and eliminate forced, compulsory, and child labor, and discrimination in employment.
