His team has global responsibility for finding, testing, and implementing new ways of driving Customer Experiences with selected Delivery Partners (BPOs) in support of Microsoft’s mission to “empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more.” With over 25 years in the Customer Experience/Customer Service industry, Daniel joined Microsoft in 2005. Always working in Customer Service and Support areas, he began his Microsoft career in the LATAM region and later moved into global roles.
