It has been a year of sustainable and profitable growth, as seen in our 2022 Registration Document.

Universal Registration Document Highlights

The registration document highlighted Teleperformance’s ambition to “become the undisputed global leader in digital business services.” Supported by a global team of inspired and passionate people with a global scale and local presence, we deliver the most advanced, digitally powered business services to help the world’s best brands streamline their business in meaningful and sustainable ways.

We create value for all our employees, clients, and stakeholders as our key 2022 numbers demonstrate:

For employees:

  • €5.3 B wages and social benefits
  • 63% non-agent positions filled internally
  • 97% employees working at a best employer subsidiary

For corporate clients and governments:

  • 27% revenue from Top 10 clients
  • 46% revenue from the digital economy
  • 13 years average client tenure

For shareholders:

  • 194 M€ dividends
  • 146 M€ share buyback

For communities:

  • €291M income tax paid
  • €11M raised for charities
  • 98,900 volunteer hours

For the environment:

  • 9% decrease in scope 1 & 2 carbon footprint per employee
  • 8% renewable energy
  • 500,000 trees planted

Another highlight of the 2022 financial year stated in the Registration Document is the acquisition of the entire share capital of PSG Global Solutions, a leader in digital recruitment based in the United States. Described as a “strategic acquisition” by the Teleperformance Group, it reinforces and adds value to our current Specialized Services business segment, as well as fortifies expertise in digital recruitment. PSG Global Solutions revenues in 2022 amounted to €72 million. The consideration for the transaction amounted to US$303 million paid in cash, according to the Registration Document.
