A Milestone in Gender Equity: Teleperformance in India

We have made strides in promoting and achieving gender equality, with our efforts being recognized across our sites globally in 2020. 


Today, we are pleased to announce that we are about to unlock another milestone on our quest towards to a more inclusive and equal world! For the second consecutive year, Teleperformance in India has been certified as one of India’s Best Workplaces for Women by Great Place to Work®. We are also recognized by Working Mother & Avtar amongst 100 Best Company for Women in India for the second year in a row, further demonstrating our commitment towards building gender-smart teams in the country and making our site in India a better place to work.


Teleperformance in India was certified as a Best Workplace for Women from Great Place to Work. Seramount, formerly Working Mother Media, is a women-led company dedicated to advancing diversity, inclusion, and equity in the workplace. Avtar is India’s premier diversity, equity, and inclusion solutions firm. Launched in 2016, Working Mother & Avtar Best Companies for Women in India (BCWI) was the result of the partnership between Avtar and Working Mother. It recognizes the top 10 and top 100 best companies for women in India with the most impactful gender diversity initiatives. This year, BCWI received applications from 334 companies.
