To attain a Solutions Partner designation from Microsoft, a partner capability score is determined by analyzing an organization’s technical capabilities and current solutions that help customers succeed and grow. The partner capability score demonstrates knowledge, skills, and experience across these subcategories*:
- Performance: Measured by net customer adds
- Skilling: Verifies an organization’s efforts in skill development and training by immediate certifications
- Customer success: Measured by usage growth and number of solution deployments
A minimum score of 70 must be met in each category to attain the designation. Teleperformance garnered an overall score of 72.
