A Thought Leader in Social Responsibility

For our efforts in strengthening our ongoing commitment to social responsibility and in driving our global CSR initiatives, Teleperformance is once again grateful to receive a full Enterprise-wide Social Responsibility Standard (SRS) certification from Verego! This marks the tenth year we have received this stellar recognition.


Established in 2012, Verego SRS uses a comprehensive framework and a holistic approach to assess and recognize “CSR Thought Leaders.” As a CSR Thought Leader, Teleperformance has once again met the many requirements in all five areas of the SRS standard, achieving five certification awards for Leadership, Ethics, People, Community, and Environment.


According to its website, Leadership focuses on the organization’s commitment to corporate responsibility; Ethics focuses on the organization’s conduct and the processes it uses to procure goods and services; People focuses on the organization’s protection of human rights as well as critical employment; Community focuses on the organization’s engagement and investment in its local communities; and Environment focuses on the organization’s ability to measure, report, and improve impact on the environment.


For a Re-Certification Assessment, a Verego SRS Employee Survey[1] was distributed to Teleperformance newly assessed sites. In Verego’s report, it was stated that 82% of Teleperformance’s global employees are satisfied with the organization’s overall performance in Leadership, 83% of Teleperformance’s global employees are satisfied with the organization’s overall performance in People, and 84% of Teleperformance’s global employees are satisfied with the organization’s overall performance in Community.


Our commitment to social responsibility only strengthens with each passing year. We have been working hard to implement global CSR guidelines that are adopted in every country. As an employer of choice, we strive to enhance our employees' safety, well-being, and health. Teleperformance continues to have a solid structure in place to promote diversity, inclusion, and equal employment opportunities. In addition, our yearly Citizen of the World and Citizen of the Planet initiatives have significantly made a positive impact on local communities and contributed to habitat protection, reforestation, and wildlife conservation.
