Comparably Q3 Awards 2023: Making Our Mark in Elevating Employee Experience

As another quarter unfolds, we are grateful to be recognized once again for our efforts in setting the highest standards in employee experience!

For our strong efforts and dedication to cultivate great workplaces, we are truly excited to be recognized in Comparably’s “Best Places to Work” Awards 2023. Comparably is the leading resource of company culture and a brand reputation platform with over 15 million anonymous employee ratings. Its annual Best Places to Work lists are based on anonymous sentiment feedback from current employees who rate companies across a variety of categories.

Teleperformance is included and recognized in several categories, namely:

• Happiest Employees: Employees were asked about key topics that contribute to their overall happiness. Teleperformance belongs in the list of the top 200 highest-rated companies this quarter.
• Best Work-Life Balance: The survey included questions that explored an employee’s overall satisfaction with their work-life balance. Teleperformance is included in Comparably’s top 100 list of highest-rated companies.
• Best Company Perks and Benefits: Questions such as “Are you satisfied with your benefits?” “How would you rate the perks your office provides?” and more defined this award. Teleperformance belongs to the top 100 highest-rated companies in this category.
• Best Compensation: This category recognizes employees’ satisfaction with their compensation package which includes salary, raises, bonuses, and benefits if applicable.
