As a Force of Good, Teleperformance strives to make a positive impact on communities and on the environment. Through our corporate social responsibility initiatives Citizen of the World (COTW) and Citizen of the Planet (COTP), we become one step closer in building a brighter and an equal world for all.
In 2021, our COTW initiatives made a positive impact: we raised 6.3 million Euros through our COTW programs. The generosity of our employees has resulted in over 60,000 volunteer hours. We strive to practice sustainability, setting goals that aim to reduce carbon footprint while increasing renewable energy with each passing year. Diversity, inclusion, and equality are embedded into our culture, and we contribute to the greater good through our impact sourcing initiatives that provide brighter job opportunities to vulnerable or at-risk groups such as refugees, people with disabilities, or those who lack formal education.
