We are excited to announce that Teleperformance has received Diversity and Inclusion Management certifications in Colombia and Peru from AENOR, based on compliance with the international standard ISO 30415. We are the first company in Latin America to receive this certification.

Our sites in Colombia are the home of over 42,000 employees, making Teleperformance the top employer in Colombia. To date, 54% of employees are women. Strengthening our drive to promote inclusion, about 2,500 of our employees in Colombia are migrants.
