Teleperformance - 03.01.2024

At Teleperformance, we understand that a diverse workforce is not just an asset – it's a fundamental aspect of our identity. Our dedication to diversity and inclusion reflects our commitment to creating a workplace that is not only diverse but also inclusive, where all employees feel empowered and respected. Together with our employees, we envision a world without barriers and where every voice is heard and valued.

Our focus on gender equality and empowering women remains steadfast. At Teleperformance, we stand for gender parity, striving for a more just world through awareness and advocacy for gender equity. Currently, 54% of our workforce are women, 52% occupy management positions, and 39% of our Management Committee are women.TP Women proudly celebrates the daily accomplishments of the women at Teleperformance, inspiring others to do the same.

We acknowledge our employees come from different backgrounds, have different stories to tell, and have different perspectives. By embracing these differences, we promote a culture of mutual respect, inclusivity, and understanding, enabling seamless collaboration across our wide global footprint.

Diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our organizational culture, making us beyond grateful each time our efforts get recognized. We are excited to announce that Teleperformance has received Diversity and Inclusion Management certifications in Colombia and Peru from AENOR, based on compliance with the international standard ISO 30415. We are the first company in Latin America to receive this certification.

Our sites in Colombia are the home of over 42,000 employees, making Teleperformance the top employer in Colombia. To date, 54% of employees are women. Strengthening our drive to promote inclusion, about 2,500 of our employees in Colombia are migrants.

"The certification we have received not only brings international recognition, but it also reflects Teleperformance's unwavering commitment to diversity and inclusion. Since its inception, the Group has consistently developed a culture that values and respects individual differences. We are convinced that diversity not only enriches our teams, but also fosters innovation and performance," said Andrés Bernal, Chief Executive Officer of Teleperformance in Colombia, Guyana, Peru, Nicaragua and Trinidad & Tobago.

The ISO 30415 certification recognizes companies that offer a work environment that values diversity and respect and validates Teleperformance’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
