For our efforts to exceed the highest standards we’ve set in elevating the employee experience, we remain grateful every time we are recognized as a great workplace by our own employees. We are truly proud to announce that Teleperformance is now certified as a Great Place to Work® in 72 countries, up eight countries from 2022! Today, 99% of our 410,000 global employees work in a Great Place to Work®-certified location.
This year, more than 220,000 Teleperformance employees took part in Great Place to Work®’s annual survey. Employees expressed their feedback and rated Teleperformance positively based on fairness, credibility, pride, respect, innovation, integrity, leadership behavior, and support. We are thankful to receive a Trust Index score of 79.
As the global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work® has been quantifying the employee experience through its Great Place to Work Trust Model™. Since 1992, it has received over 100 million survey responses from employees around the world. Its Trust Index™ Survey assesses and measures individual employee experiences of five dimensions of a high-trust company culture: fairness, respect, and credibility. The final two dimensions measure the workplace experience of employees related to the wider organization and colleagues: pride and a sense of belonging.
