Teleperformance - 05.22.2024

Today, we celebrate yet another inspiring leader at Teleperformance, Miranda Collard, and her recent achievement of being included in the Empower Role Model lists!

The global Empower Role Model Lists recognize leaders who are breaking down barriers, sparking innovation, and fostering inclusion within the business world. This recognition highlights Miranda's remarkable contributions as the Founder and Co-Chair of TP Women, driving impactful change within our organization for women and women of color.

TP Women: Empowering Women to Thrive

TP Women has made a significant impact in elevating women at Teleperformance over the past two years. In the U.S., the number of women in VP+ roles increased from 29% in 2021 to 33% in 2023. Over the same period, the percentage of women in managerial positions rose from 47% to 52% globally, highlighting the significant impact of TP Women's initiatives worldwide.

Founding TP Women

Miranda's journey at Teleperformance is a testament to her commitment to fostering a more inclusive workplace culture. In 2019, she spearheaded the establishment of the first Employee Resource Group (ERG) at Teleperformance. With the full support of CEO Daniel Julien, she launched TP Women to address the challenges faced by women. Over the years, TP Women has evolved into a global platform to guide female employees in becoming change agents within the industry.

Miranda's recognition reflects our common goal at Teleperformance to create a better and fairer world for all – a world where all women are given the opportunity to shine. As an equal opportunity employer, Teleperformance provides a fair and safe working environment worldwide. Currently, women make up 54% of our workforce, hold 52% of management positions, and represent 38% of our Management Committee.

Championing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I)

Building on the success of TP Women, Miranda launched three more ERGs in the U.S. in 2022, aimed at supporting employees from various racial and ethnic backgrounds. These groups have driven numerous impactful initiatives, including enforcing gender-neutral salary bands, offering equal career development opportunities, providing career mentorship for female employees, and conducting comprehensive DE&I training for employees at all levels. Furthermore, these groups initiated proactive gender equality and diversity selection procedures for management positions, and restructured recruiting activities to ensure opportunities for candidates from all backgrounds.

Congratulations to Miranda again, and as always – we are #ProudtobeTP!
