We are truly grateful to share great news: Teleperformance is once again honored at the Comparably Awards for Q4 2022, included in its Best Company for Women and Best Company for Diversity lists!


With each passing day, Teleperformance takes even greater strides in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. To us, there is no achievement greater than our employees recognizing our efforts in creating a workplace where diversity, equity, and inclusion flow abundantly.

Comparably is a leading workplace culture site, whose mission is to create more transparent and rewarding workplaces for all. Launched in 2017, the Comparably Awards is an annual series highlighting the best CEOs and places to work, according to sentiment feedback from employees who rate employers anonymously. Workplace topics such as compensation, benefits to work-life balance, perks, leadership, and career growth are included in the questionnaire.

 

Best Company for Women and Best Company for Diversity


For this season, the awards were based on employee feedback submitted to Comparably.com within a 12-month period. For this quarter, Teleperformance garnered two recognitions:

  • Best Company for Women: feedback solely from female employees on their workplace experiences in the same core culture metrics analyzed for Best Culture
  • Best Companies for Diversity: feedback solely from employees of color (non-Caucasian) on their workplace experiences in the same core culture metrics analyzed for Best Culture
