Teleperformance recently became the recipient of 8 awards at the prestigious 2022 European Contact Center and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSAs). The ECCCSAs is the longest-running awards program highlighting today’s best in the customer contact industry and is recognized as the greatest award program in the industry. The ECCCSAs has recognized organizations across Europe that lead the way in delivering exceptional service to customers.
Teleperformance emerged as the biggest winner of the 2022 ECCCSAs, bagging 8 recognitions: three Gold (Teleperformance in the UK, Portugal, and Greece), four Silver (Teleperformance in Portugal, the Nordics, and Turkey), and one Bronze (Teleperformance in Spain). Here’s a detailed list of the awards we have received in their respective categories per award group in the ECCCSAs:

This year, Teleperformance was the only company with more than 20 finalist entries. Since 2019, we have bagged a total of 33 ECCCSA awards, cementing our position as an undisputed leader in the customer contact industry in the European region.
2022 was a record-breaking year for the ECCCSAs, with its organizers reporting a 34% increase in participating organizations than in 2021. 33 countries – up from last year’s 25 – competed across multiple categories, with the winning Finalists selected by a panel of expert industry judges using the following five criteria for selection:
- Purpose: the rationale behind the entry’s story
- Impact: the results achieved
- Experience: how the company or colleague experience improved
- Innovation: how were challenges overcome
- Best practice: examples of great work that others can learn from
