As the year is about to close, Teleperformance remains grateful to our employees for their passion in creating meaningful interactions for our clients and their customers. This has been a challenging year for all of us, but together with our people, we have kept moving forward, becoming even stronger together.
All over the world, it is our responsibility to create a great environment and work culture for our employees in order for them to flourish and remain motivated especially in today’s times. A culture wherein everyone is respected and given the space to express themselves freely, and safely. Today, we are very much honored to congratulate Teleperformance in Peru for being named a Great Place to Work (GPTW) by the prestigious Great Place to Work Institute for the first time!
Gaining the trust of our employees will always be priceless, and we would like to thank our teams at Telepeformance in Peru for making this recognition possible. This GPTW certification is the result of high Teleperformance employee survey participation rates and strong scores in all evaluation areas.
Pierina Cornejo Miranda, Assessment Consultant of GPTW® in Peru provided a brief overview of how the certification is being assessed. “780 of Teleperformance’s employees in Peru participated in an anonymous Great Place to Work’s trust index survey that assesses honest employee experiences about the organization on credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie,” Miranda explained. “Survey responses are independently cross-validated with rigorous field audits covering everything from employee engagement, the quality of physical work facilities, and employee amenities to corporate culture. It is a fantastic achievement that the Peru operation was able to attain its first certification as a Great Place to Work in such a challenging year and with such high scores. We are very pleased to recognize Teleperformance as being certified as a Great Place to Work® in Peru,” shared Miranda.
We see this recognition as a significant milestone for Teleperformance in Peru, not only because this is the first time they received the certification, but also because it recognized Teleperformance’s business resiliency strategies through our work-at-home programs. Currently, 100% of our 1,836 employees in our Peru site are working from home. 780 of our Peru-based employees participated anonymously in surveys rating Teleperformance. This recent GPTW certification in Peru means that 75% of Teleperformance employees worldwide work in certified Best Employer operations.
Teleperformance in Peru’s Country Manager Agustin Federico Issel shared, “We are very proud of achieving our first GPTW® certification. It is recognition from our employees that we are on the right track in earning the trust of every member of our TP Peru family because they know we are committed to striving to be better, to be a force of good,” Issel said. “Becoming a Great Place to Work® is a cornerstone of our High-Tech/High-Touch strategy and is a key component in being a simpler, faster, safer partner for our clients.”
