Teleperformance is Great Place to Work®-Certified in 60 Countries

Teleperformance globally embarked on a vast project, inviting over 300,000 employees to take the 2021 Great Place to Work® survey and share with us how they feel about our processes, practices, and working with the company. The criteria evaluated in the survey include Fairness, Camaraderie, Credibility, Pride, Respect, Innovation, Integrity, Leadership Behavior, and Support.

The survey received just over 183,000 responses. The results are now in, and we are thrilled to announce that Teleperformance has reached a new milestone, with 60 of our 65 eligiblecountries certified as a Great Place to Work® for 2021.

Teleperformance’s Great Place to Work® locations include China, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand in the APAC region, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czechia, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Kosovo, Lithuania, Madagascar, Morocco, the Netherlands, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Suriname, Sweden, Switzerland, Togo, Turkey, Tunisia, Ukraine, and the UAE in CEMEA, Canada, the Philippines, the UK, and the USA in the English World, and Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Peru, Portugal, and Spain in Iberico-LATAM. Meanwhile, India received certifications for their Domestic Business Unit and International Business Unit operations. In addition, our specialized service locations in Algeria, Belarus, Egypt, France, Germany, Ghana, Indonesia, Italy, Kenya, Lebanon, Madagascar, Morocco, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, Tunisia, Turkey, and the UK were also certified.

This is a tremendous achievement and a huge step forward for Teleperformance. To have over 90% of our employees now working in a Great Place to Work® location is truly remarkable.
