Comparably is a trusted platform that provides the most accurate and comprehensive culture and compensation data. Its mission is to create more transparent workspaces, understand the true value of employees and jobseekers, and seek ways to make work better.
Using anonymous employee reviews and feedback, Comparably used a year’s worth of data to determine the list rankings. Sentiment ratings were based on questions that feature topics contributing to overall employee happiness, asking employees about their company’s work environment, benefits, compensation, management, and coworkers. Comparably’s annual Happiest Employees list has two categories: Top 100 Large Companies (more than 500 employees) and Top 100 Small/Mid-Size Companies (500 employees or fewer). Teleperformance ranked 18th in the Large Companies category.
