Best Workplaces in India Recognition for the 7th Time

Great Place to Work® stated that 455 organizations went through the Best Workplaces in IT & IT-BPM assessment this year, increasing from 263 in 2021. This year, the list recognized the Top 100 organizations who “excel both in people practices that they have designed for their employees and act on the feedback to create a culture of trust.”

The rigorous assessment measured the quality of employee experience through Great Place to Work®’s employee survey. The Trust Index© gathers anonymous feedback from a company’s employees. In addition, Great Place to Work® evaluates a company’s management, leadership, trust, and organizational performance through Culture Audit© in the assessment.

Being included in the Best Workplaces in India IT & IT-BPM 2022 list by Great Place to Work® inspires us even more to make strides in elevating the employee experience.
