Teleperformance Recognized as a Best Workplace for Women in Italy

As a company that continuously celebrates the success of our women employees, it is always an honor every time our commitment to diversity is recognized. We are truly excited to announce that Teleperformance ranked fifth in Great Place to Work® Italy’s “Best Workplaces for Women” list!


The Best Workplaces for Women 2022 rankings identify the 20 best companies in Italy that truly promotes equality and diversity in its workplace culture. To be eligible for the list, companies must be Great Place to Work™-certified in the past year.


Teleperformance employees completed Great Place to Work’s questionnaire based on its Trust Index©. Great Place to Work then chose the best scores based on the following:

  • Media Trust Index© of women in the company
  • Difference between average confidence index of women and men in the company
  • Presence of women in the company
  • Presence of women within the management
  • Parity index for women, which considers the following: the possibility of taking time off from work, fair remuneration, profit sharing, fairness of promotions, absence of favoritism, impartiality linked to gender


Diego Pisa, CEO of Teleperformance in Italy
, expressed his thoughts on the recognition. “We must be pragmatic, intervene upstream, and remove all those barriers and constraints that do not put women in a position to compete in the same way as men,” he said. “In Italy, Teleperformance has been doing this already. It is truly fantastic to have feedback from our colleagues.”
