With this, we are thrilled and honored to be included in PEOPLE’s “100 Companies that Care” list!
100 Companies that Care is an annual list that recognizes companies and businesses in the United States that go above and beyond in honoring employees, uplifting communities, and making the world a better place.
To determine the companies included in the list, PEOPLE teamed up with Great Place to Work®, a research firm that has become the global authority on workplace culture. The list was based on Great Place to Work®’s database and employee surveys that assess companies who go the extra mile in helping the less fortunate and in making a difference in the world. Surveys represented over 4.5 million employees’ experiences that center on social responsibility (CSR), philanthropic and community support, and other CSR initiatives that took place in the last year.
All over the world, Teleperformance remains steadfast in showing care and compassion to our local communities and to the environment. In 2021, our employees donated over 2 million USD and volunteered more than 2,500 hours to charities in the United States. In Utah, our employees helped non-profit organization Feed the Children provide food and aid to over 2,400 families based in Texas, Kentucky, Virginia, and Georgia. Working together with the Fort Knox Kentucky American Red Cross, 400 military families in need were able to receive food and other essentials.
