According to Great Place to Work®, the winning companies “are the elite group of progressive employers in Asia.” To determine the companies, Great Place to Work® surveyed over one million employees across the region, asking respondents about key factors that create great workplaces for all.
Overall, Teleperformance received 94,716 employee responses. 91% of employees stated that Teleperformance is a physically safe place to work. 87% believe that they are treated fairly regardless of their gender, 86% said that they are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation, and 86% mentioned that they are treated fairly regardless of race.
