Gary Slade, Teleperformance UK, Ireland and South Africa CEO said: "We are immensely proud to be recognised once again by the GSA as CX Provider of the Year for the second year in a row. It is also a reflection on the relationships we have with our clients to win a joint award with E.ON for 'Utility Project of the Year.' Both awards demonstrate the passion and commitment of our people and we're delighted to be winners again in 2022."

E.ON is already one of the UK and Europe’s leading developers of the energy infrastructure and around 3.8 million customers in the UK choose to get their energy from E.ON.

“Awards like this are fantastic recognition of the work we do every day, at E.ON and with our partners, to help and serve our customers – that success is proved by the feedback from happier customers and in the more productive conversations with those customers on how they engage with energy. We achieved all this during a global pandemic and whilst successfully transferring more than ten million customer accounts to our new E.ON Next platform which is a testament to all our colleagues and partners,” said Damian Kirk, Director of Residential and SME, E.ON.

In judging the awards, the Utility Project of the Year award ranked the ability to deliver both initial and ongoing business value, incorporating both best practice and continuous service innovation.  The CX Provider of the Year category ranked the service provider’s ability to deliver both initial and ongoing business value to clients through the delivery of customer service, incorporating both best practice, continuous service innovation and demonstrable commitment to the development and future of the industry.

Kerry Hallard, CEO, Global Sourcing Association, said: “The GSA is pleased to recognise Teleperformance as Customer Experience Provider of the Year for the second year running. They continue to demonstrate a true partnership approach to CX with their clients, a commitment to developing talent and continuous innovation in service delivery.”
