Teleperformance recognized on Beijing Municipal Government ‘2023 Healthy Enterprise’ list

Company is only BPO honored by Beijing for workplace wellbeing and safety

Beijing, March 19, 2024 Teleperformance in China, a global leader in digital business services, today announced it was named to the Beijing Municipal Government’s 2023 Healthy Enterprise list for supporting a healthy work environment for its employees. The Company was just one of 13 companies to be honored with the distinction in 2023 and is the only business process outsourcing company to make the list.

The recognition reflects Teleperformance’s focus on promoting workplace health and wellbeing among its approximately 5,500 employees across its seven sites in China including Beijing, Xi'an, Nanning, Kunming, Guangzhou, Foshan, and Shanghai. In 2021, Teleperformance in China launched a continuous listening strategy through a series of employee surveys to grow employee engagement, recruitment, and retention. The Company also encourages employees to take care of their health with free supplemental annual medical checkups. Additionally, Teleperformance launched an innovative music therapy, which is available at no cost to all employees at its sites across China.

The Beijing Municipal Government 2023 Healthy Enterprise list is just one of the latest recognitions Teleperformance in China has received for its world-class workplace culture. The Company also is certified as a 2023 Great Place to Work® and was named among the 2023 Best Workplaces in AsiaTM by Great Place to Work®.
