Infographic: Beating the "Great Resignation"

Work from Home

With unemployment low, and employee expectations high, recruiting competition is heating up around the world. Having now experienced the flexibility and work-life benefits from working remotely, many are now unwilling to give it up. Those forced to return to an office are resigning in droves, knowing they can easily find remote work elsewhere amid the record-number of positions available for today’s workforce.

More than 127,000 Teleperformance employees across 42 countries shared their preferences via a recent global survey, and an incredible 90% of employees now say they are happier working remotely. Meanwhile, 26% say they would request a transfer to a different Teleperformance operation if asked to return to a physical office.
