Duties and Responsibilities:

• To study the behavior of employees in relation to motivation, leadership, stress, climate and work culture
• Establish effective relationships with employees to provide optimal solutions to complex situations
• To identify opportunities for efficiency in the work process and innovative approaches for the successful completion of the work
• To identify the strengths of the employees and the professional skills they possess
• To help employees in managing stress at work
• To study, coordinate and intervene in the management of the behavior of employees within the company
• To identify ways to improve the quality of life at work, including productivity, management and motivation of employees
