You will be responsible for responding to all customer inquiries via e-mail and voice, providing excellent customer service by being a good listener, and aiming to resolve situations on the first contact by being proactive, patient, and understanding. You have to work with confidential customer information while handling it sensitively and maintaining a constant knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions./p>

  • Has a 90% and up English level.
  • Has 6 months of experience in the industry.
  • Has skills to solve situations with a confident attitude.
  • Is proactive, responsible, empathetic, and confident.
