We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate. You will be responsible for responding to all customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service by being a good listener. What you’ll be doing:
- Respond to all customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service by being a good listener.
- Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
- Aim to resolve situations on the first approach by being proactive, patient, and understanding.
- Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
- Document and update records in the required systems.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- Has a 90% and up English level.
- Has skills to solve situations with a positive attitude.
- Is a proactive and confident person with active listening skills.
