You will be responsible for handling and carefully responding to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service with the help of your best ally: active listening. You will need to handle all confidential customer information with sensitivity, accurately update records in the required systems, and provide clear and direct instructions.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:

  • Has a 90% and up English level.
  • Loves to talk to people, is an active listener, and has great communication skills.
  • Is proactive, responsible, empathic, and confident.
  • Is a high school graduate (must provide a diploma or certificate).
