We are looking for a Language Analyst. This position will create searches and reports designed to automatically analyze and identify topics in recorded conversations within an industry environment, as well as make recommendations and define strategies that solve critical business problems through both established industry best practices and creative innovation.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver and present key findings and reports.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with business sponsors, executives, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base of business value and accurate support delivery.
  • Utilize speech analytics best practices.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:

  • Has an English level of 80% or higher.
  • Is a technician, technologist, or professional in Engineering or related fields.
  • Is confident, works well in a team environment, and is good at guiding new team members and providing (and receiving) constructive feedback.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Has 1 year of experience in quality and data analysis.
  • Has experience in process improvement, CSAT troubleshooting, or RCA projects; as well as in speech analysis or recognition.
  • Is knowledgeable in integrating new software and programs into data services.
  • Is well-versed in Lean Six Sigma concepts, continuous improvement, Power BI, and office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
