What you’ll be doing:
- Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
- Keep a constant working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotions.
- Document and update records in the required systems.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- Has a C1 Portuguese level and a B2 English level.
- Is proactive, responsible, empathetic, and confident.
- Has 2 years of experience in IT positions, technical customer service, solution architecture, web development, or software engineering.
- Is skilled in programming, Pixel, API implementation, and product catalog optimization.
