We’re looking for a Social Media Expert. You will be responsible for responding to all customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service by being a good listener. This is an exciting opportunity for someone proactive, patient, and understanding who can resolve situations with a positive attitude.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain a direct and kind relationship with every customer.
- Review content to ensure it meets the community guidelines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
- Handle sensitive client information with the utmost care and confidentiality.
- Participate in frequent refresher training to ensure consistent implementation of appropriate policies.
- Provide trends and insights to make recommendations and develop overall process and product improvements.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- Has a 90% and up Portuguese level, an 80% and up English level, and a native Spanish level.
- Is proactive, responsible, empathic, and confident.
- Is eager to work from Bogotá with the #1.
