Customer Service Specialist with German or Spanish
Your job description will be:
- handling requests from clients who have called the customer line
- arranging e-mail correspondence and chat
- process everything and enter it into internal systems (light administration)
- collaborate with colleagues in the team
You will be working for an internationally successful company and your key responsibilities will be:
There is no need to have special knowledge or education, we can teach a willing person everything. However, the language is important, therefore it is essential to have:
- German or Spanish at least at C1 level due to communication with clients in Germany and Spain👌
- English at least at B2 level
- communicating in English and German, in English and Spanish with customers
- being responsible for purchasing advice and support for customer regarding company products
- using a company’s system to process orders
- you can handle customer care (helpfulness and willingness in communication is important to us) 😊
- previous experience from the same position is not required.
