What you’ll do as Customer Service Associate:
- Identify the situation the customer is in through effective interrogation strategies.
- Use tools and systems to identify the required solutions.
- Escalate client cases to the corresponding resolution groups, when confronted with situations beyond your ability to solve.
- Ensure that each incident is properly documented, notified to whom appropriate, and escalated when necessary.
- Ensure excellent customer service through quick and effective actions, to solve client issues.

- High school diploma
- Have full-time availability.
- A valid form of identification (ID card or passport).
- Be at least 17 years old or older.
