You will be responsible for identifying the customer’s situation through effective questioning strategies, as well as responding to all customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service by being a good listener. What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure excellent customer service through quick and effective actions to solve the client’s issues.
- Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch.
- Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
