What you’ll do as Customer Service Associate:

  • Identify the situation the customer is in through effective interrogation strategies.
  • Use tools and systems to identify the required solutions.
  • Escalate client cases to the corresponding resolution groups, when confronted with situations beyond your ability to solve.
  • Ensure that each incident is properly documented, notified to whom appropriate, and escalated when necessary.
  • Ensure excellent customer service through quick and effective actions, to solve client issues.

  • High school diploma
  • Have full-time availability.
  • A valid form of identification (ID card or passport).
  • Be at least 17 years old or older.
  • Be available to work at the coolest Site.
