- Experience in CMDB and ITIL process.
- Assist in defining and registering of configuration items (CIs); the appropriate level of attributes, and relationships required to support the CMDB Inventory Management process
- Create & Monitor Normalization and Reconciliation Jobs to ensure accuracy of data coming from different sources
- Manage Roles & Permissions related to Asset Management
- Works closely with requesters, Systems, and Service Delivery Teams to establish business requirements for CMDB
- Monitor CMDB Logs and identify issues with Discovery Sync, normalization, and reconciliation jobs
- Reconcile the CMDB data when exceptions are noted between CMDB, discovery information, and other authoritative production data repositories
- Creating reports for Business consumption from CMDB
