Job Summary / Overview

We are looking for a Research Specialist to join our award-winning Global Customer Experience Lab. Through a proprietary database and methodology, the CX Lab provides reports and insights on consumer behavior that help our clients make informed decisions and improve their customer experience.

In this role, you will have the chance to develop and implement all aspects of customer experience research, including partnering with key stakeholders to frame problems, appropriately scope out and design the research outputs, analyze results, and present findings.

As a research specialist, you will be responsible for creating reports, overseeing outputs, and ensuring quality.

This position will suit candidates looking to blend research skills with a passion for bringing insights to life in a way that people understand and use.

The position is based out of India and will report to Portugal. 

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Support all aspects of research, including partnering with key stakeholders to frame problems, scope, and design research outputs, analyze results, and present findings
  • Translate data into actionable business insights that drive business outcomes
  • Create presentations and visual outputs
  • Validate outputs created
  • Drive research innovation and remain updated with new trends across the industry
  • Support the development of proposals
  • Participate in the training and development of internal and external team members
  • Support creation of analysis and materials to be presented to companies

 

Your Profile

  • Higher Education Degree (Market Research, Statistics, Marketing, Social Sciences, Business, etc.)
  • Minimum 3-year experience conducting custom research and insights projects in either client or agency
  • Knowledge of Statistics
  • Understanding of data analysis involving respondent-level survey data
  • Proficiency in MS Office – especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Data Analytics and Visualization Tools (SAS, SPSS, R, Power BI, etc.)
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys working in a multicultural environment
  • Comfortable in working in different time zones
  • Must thrive working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with a high workload
