Role brief: 

We are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to support our inhouse marketing team. Your responsibilities will include tracking online marketing trends, planning and executing the business to business lead generation campaign end to end – support will be extended on the design and content fronts.

Role description: 

• Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan/campaign 
• Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels (primarily on LinkedIn and Google) to drive strong return on investment and efficient Click through rate and conversion 
• Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels 
• Collecting and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data 
• Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results. 
• Hands-on execution on paid platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, google AdWords, content syndication, retargeting, SEO etc 
  
  

Role requirement: 

• Prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels. 
• Experience with BPO is a plus 
• Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience. 
• Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metric, analytics and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations. 
• Goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills. 
• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing roles
