Responsibilities :
- Perform employees administrative activities
- Prepare the HR Operation report related to the employees administrative
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness employees database on the system
- Monitor compliance from any unit business regarding to policy and procedure
- Support HRIS System
- Close coordination with HR local and Global/Regional HRIS Team
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from Information System, Computer or related with IT Software
- Min 1 years working experience in HRIS program
- Excellent in MS Excel
- Fluent speak in English
