Responsibilities :

  • Perform employees administrative activities
  • Prepare the HR Operation report related to the employees administrative
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness employees database on the system
  • Monitor compliance from any unit business regarding to policy and procedure
  • Support HRIS System
  • Close coordination with HR local and Global/Regional HRIS Team

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree from Information System, Computer or related with IT Software
  • Min 1 years working experience in HRIS program
  • Excellent in MS Excel
  • Fluent speak in English
