You'll strive to proactively resolve situations on the first contact, stay knowledgeable about our client's products and promotions, and accurately update records in the required systems.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch.
  • Boost the client's business by showcasing their products and services.
  • Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:

  • Has an intermediate to advanced English level.
  • Is proactive, responsible, empathetic, and confident.
  • Has active listening skills.
