What you’ll do as Customer Service Associate:
- Demonstrate accurate and professional customer service.
- Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively.
- Display proper knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures.
- Maintain an acceptable handling time, while remaining friendly and informative.
- Proactively seek solutions and identify trends, including possible solutions or suggestions.
- Demonstrate the appropriate sense of urgency for client responses.

- Be a high school graduate (must present a diploma or certificate).
- Intermediate to advanced English level.
- Communication and customer service skills (empathy, problem-solving, attention to detail).
