We’re looking for a Sales Associate. You will be responsible for explaining the service and serving as the primary point of contact for potential customers throughout the sales process, responding to all inquiries, and delivering excellent customer service through attentive listening. You must handle confidential information with sensitivity, aim to resolve issues on the first interaction by being proactive, patient, and understanding, maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client’s offerings, and document and update records in the required systems.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keep every customer engaged with a direct and friendly touch.
- Boost the client's business by showcasing their products and services.
- Handle sensitive customer data with utmost care and confidentiality.
The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
- Has an advanced English level.
- Lives in Lima.
- Is proactive, responsible, empathetic, and confident.
